Behavior Change Technology: Every successful organizational transformation has required a change in
human behavior or what people do on a day-to-day basis. Organizational transformation is achieved by changing behavior. This is accomplished by having the right people, with the right skills, in the right positions and applying known scientific principles that increase desired behavior and decrease undesirable behavior.
Management Practice and Systems: Traditional organizational structure and control systems are being
supplanted by management practices that build high performing organizations and motivate employees to
